The short version
You can use clockwidgets to display clocks. Don't try to break the app or resell it. The subscription auto-renews; cancel any time from Settings on your device. We provide the app "as is" — Apple handles billing.
The agreement
By installing or using the clockwidgets app, or by visiting clockwidgets.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app and do not use this site.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use clockwidgets on devices you control. You may not redistribute the app, reverse-engineer it, or extract its assets for use outside the app.
Subscription
- Plans. Monthly and annual subscriptions to clockwidgets Pro, sold through Apple's App Store. Current pricing is displayed in the app and at the top of clockwidgets.com.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your account on renewal.
- Cancellation. Cancel any time from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for unused time except where required by Apple or by law.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under their refund policy. We can sometimes help you find the right Apple form, but we cannot issue a refund directly.
- Price changes. If we change subscription prices, your existing subscription stays at the price you agreed to until the next renewal; we will notify you before any new price applies.
Acceptable use
Use the app and the site for what they are. Don't try to abuse rate limits, automate account creation (there is no account, but please don't try to add one), or use scraped assets in another product.
Disclaimers
clockwidgets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The app shows the time using your device's clock — we cannot guarantee it is correct if your device clock is wrong, and we are not responsible for any consequence of relying on it as your only timekeeper.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app or the site is limited to the amount you paid us (i.e. via Apple) in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
To be confirmed in the final version. The intent is the jurisdiction where the publisher is registered; the App Store EULA and your local consumer-protection law apply where stricter.
